Venue

The conference will take place in the Lecture Hall (Hörsaal) C of the University of Vienna, located in the Courtryard (Hof) 2 of the University Campus. The University campus has many accesses, mainly from Spitalgasse and Alserstraße.

Arrival at the airport

The CAT (City Airport Train) and the Railway System S7 will take you directly into the city of Vienna. They terminate at the city air terminal within the “Landstraße/Wien-Mitte” railway station. From Landstraße take the underground line U4 (direction “Heiligenstadt”) until the station “Schottenring” and change onto the line U2 (direction “Karlsplatz”). Exit U2 at Schottentor. Take tram 43 or 44 and exit at the station "Lange Gasse", next to the campus. By taxi: You can find taxi stands directly in the arrival hall of the airport. It takes you about 30 minutes to get to the institute, the fixed fare is € 36.–

Arrival at the railway station Hauptbahnhof

By taxi: Journey time approx. 15 minutes. By tram: From Hauptbahnhof take U1 (direction Leopoldau) and exit at the station “Karslplatz”. Take U2 (direction Seestadt) and exit at the station "Schottentor". Take tram 43 or 44 and exit at the station "Lange Gasse", next to the campus.

Arrival at the railway station Westbahnhof

By taxi: Journey time approx. 10 minutes. By tram: From Westbahnhof take the tram number 5 (direction Praterstern) and exit at the station “Lange Gasse”. The campus entrance is across Alser Straße.
