Abstract Submission

For abstracts to be included in the printed conference program, contributions must be submitted until Monday, November 30th, 2015 (11.59 pm - CEST/MEZ). After this date, submission of poster contributions will remain possible, but the organizers cannot guarantee that the abstracts will appear in the printed conference program. The acceptance of contributions will be communicated by the organizers to the participants via email.

To submit an abstract a personal account must be created. Using this account, registration and payment can be done at a later time.

Please submit your abstract in english, talk or poster, maximum number of characters 3.500 (incl. spaces)

Deadline for Abstract submission: Monday, November 30th (midnight CEST/MEZ)

Acceptance notice: Friday, December 11th
